At Premier Maintenance Solutions Inc. we have a combined 30 Years of experience in the construction industry.
In 2021, we saw a need in the facility maintenance industry that we believe we could help with. This way we could help our clients with all of their construction needs, as well as be able to help them maintain their property.

    Jerry has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has experience in residential home building, being a superintendent building schools, and working as a superintendent for a commercial construction company.

  • Brett Lee


    Brett has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has experience in residential home remodeling, owning a landscaping business, and being a superintendent for a commercial construction company.



  • In 2021, Jerry Woolridge and Brett Lee took all their experience and joined teams to form Premier Maintenance Solutions, Inc. Together they are here to take the construction and facility maintenance industry to the next level.
